Thrills Fashion – Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 3 days from the date of delivery. The returned product(s) must reach us within 5-7 days. We provide one free reverse pickup, and any additional reverse shipment will be charged Rs. 100/-.
- Any defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at support.us@thrillsfashion.com with your Order ID. Our team will respond within 24-72 working hours.
- The reverse pickup will be attempted twice only: the first attempt is free, and the second attempt incurs a Rs. 100/- charge. The payment receipt for the second attempt must be emailed to us for confirmation.
- If a customer frequently returns items, a reverse shipment charge of Rs. 100/- will be deducted from the store credit or refund.
- If our courier service is unable to pick up the return, the customer must send the product to our warehouse at their own cost and risk. Reverse pickup availability depends on the logistics service for your area pin code.
- Store credit will be issued within 1-3 working days from the date of return pickup and will be communicated via your registered email/contact number.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
- Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on Thrills Fashion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Items purchased using discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to the address provided by us.
- Ensure all items are securely packed to avoid loss or damage in transit. The Order ID and registered mobile number must be clearly mentioned on the package. All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
