We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide the option to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
- A flat shipping charge of Rs. 99/- applies to orders below Rs. 1,498/-.
- Shipping is free for orders of Rs. 1,498/- or above.
- Final shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns if the request is made within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping is free, but customers must assist with the return process.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or a coupon code for future purchases.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-10 business days under normal conditions.
- Delivery times may extend during pre-sale, festive, or clearance sale events.
4.2 International Shipping

- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.5 P.O. Box & Military Address Shipping
- We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for P.O. boxes.
- We ship to military addresses using USPS but do not offer courier shipping for these locations.
4.6 Items Out of Stock
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the rest of the order.
4.7 Delivery Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance and investigation.
5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged Parcels
- If you receive a damaged parcel, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

All shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.
9.1 Damaged Parcels in Transit
- We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Lost Parcels
- If a package is lost, we will initiate a refund or replacement after confirmation from the courier.
